If you have a strong background in the building or kitchen industry, excel at managing people and processes, and take pride in delivering outstanding results, this is an opportunity to play a key role in bringing our clients’ dream spaces to life.   Our Easylife Kitchens showrooms are mainly franchisee-owned and requirements as well as remuneration will differ from showroom to showroom.   Skills and experience required:

• Experience in the building/kitchen industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects from initiation to sign-off
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
• High level of proficiency in project management tools and software
• Solid understanding of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)

  Radius of Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring execution aligns with quality and time expectation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Oversee project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and key milestones to senior leadership.
• Drive problem-solving and conflict resolution to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements on-site.
• Uphold company standards and promote client satisfaction throughout the process.
